/Welcome to Knitting Club!

I am so excited that you want to learn to knit!  Use the buttons at left to help you get started.   If you do not already have knitting supplies, here is a list to help you know what you need to start:

 

1.   Knitting needles U.S. size 8 (5.0 mm), 9" or shorter are easiest for beginners.  (1 pair)

 

2.   1 Skein worsted weight yarn.              Look for this symbol on your yarn tag.

 

That's it!   You can get these things at Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Michael's, and JoAnn.   You can use coupons everywhere but Walmart.
